Julie Arnott was employed by me to sell a number of residential properties. I previously had my own agent that I had worked with for a number of years, though after meeting Julie it was clear she was the right person to market and sell my assets. Julie is always polite, friendly, punctual and informative from the result of each home open right through until the close of settlement.


I had had 2 appraisals from other agents, one working the area the properties were in and the other being my own agent, Julie appraised the properties which resulted in me listing the properties with Julie, the result being a 10% sale price greater than the other 2 agents had appraised. Simply, it was Julie's ability to achieve this result.


Julie presented multiple offers, some of which were rejected, and without fuss, Julie re booked the home opens and it was business as usual. I would have no problem using Julie again, nor any hesitation in referring Julie to anybody I know. In the event I need to sell another property it is clear I would use Julie without haste.

I can't speak highly enough of Julie Arnott, she was amazing in every aspect of the sale and an absolute delight to work with. Knowing she was there for us during what was a difficult time for my Dad, having to sell his home in North Beach and moving into permanent care, made my life much easier. Why Are You Buying?

Think about why you are purchasing the property. If you intend living in the property does it really suit your needs?
